Users log in to the OLISS Web side, click "Setting → Role Authority" in sequence, click "Add" on the Role Authority interface, a pop-up window for adding new role authority appears on the right side. On this interface, fill in the relevant role name and sorting number, expand the menu permissions, check "SMS Management → Inspections→ Shore-based authority" in sequence, and finally click "Confirm" in the bottom right corner to add shore-based authority.
