After the repair settlement form is approved, according to the approval process, the document is transferred to the workbench of the personnel with acceptance authority.
Users login to the OLISS web side and default to enter the workbench interface. In the workflow task, click "Repair Settlement-Accept" to enter the Repair Settlement-Accept interface. If there are many documents in this interface, you can search for the target document through the filter bar or by entering keywords. Then click on the target document to enter the details interface. Depending on the actual situation, click "Add Settlement" or "End",and it also supports "Comment".
If you click "End", a pop-up window will pop up on the left. Fill in the "End Reason" and click "Confirm".
If you click "Add settlement", you will be redirected to the pop-up window of adding settlement. In this pop-up window, you can fill in the relevant information(with * required), click "Confirm",then in the details interface, click "Agree" or "Reject" according to the actual situation, and also support "Comment".
Next step:
If approved, the document becomes "Finished";
If the approval is rejected, it can be supported to return to any node that has passed the approval, and it can be supported to return to the submitter.
