After the user submits the repair application, if the document is not approved by anyone temporarily, the repair application form applied by the user can be withdrawn.
The user logs into the OLISS web side and clicks "Repair Management → Repair Application" to enter the repair application interface. They can quickly search for target documents based on filter conditions and keywords (Note: Document status should be selected as "Approving"). Click anywhere on the target document to enter the details interface. In this interface, click "Withdraw", confirm the pop-up window by clicking "Ok" ,which will return the document to the unsubmitted state.
Note:
After the document is withdrawn, it will return to the repair application editing interface. Users can modify the document according to their needs and then submit the document again.
