The user logs in to the OLISS Web side and clicks in turn"Customs Affairs Management - Annual Em'cy Plan - Annual Em'cy Plan", click "Make Annual Emergency Plan" in the make Em'cy plan interface, select the ship and year, click "Confirm" .( Note: The year here can only be selected as the current year, and the current year+/_ 1 year. For example, if this year is 2025, the year here can be selected as 2023, 2024, 2025. )Enter the interface of generate annual Em'cy plan, and check all emergency projects by default in this interface. Users can check specific emergency projects according to actual needs. After clicking "Submit", check the "Confirm" of the approval process.

After the emergency annual plan is formulated, according to the approval process node, the task will appear in the workbench of personnel with approval authority. It can only take effect and generate emergency drill tasks after approval is completed.
