After users log in to the OLISS web side, they click "Budget Management-Budget Performance" in turn to enter the budget performance interface, click "Exchange Rate Setting", click the icon after the corresponding month in the exchange rate setting window, set the exchange rate of all enabled currencies corresponding to the default currency under the month, and finally click "Confirm".
