Users log in to OLISS Web side, click to enter in turn"Vessel Report → Oil Consumption Report" interface, click "Create Oil Consumption Report", pop up the middle window, select the vessel name and the number of M/E, then click "Confirm", enter the interface of creating oil consumption report: select the current report time, fill in the berthing hours (h), voyage hours (h) and other relevant information (with * required/optional), you can also fill in remarks and upload attachments, and finally click "Confirm" to successfully create the vessel oil consumption report.
