Users log in to the OLISS Web side, click to enter the voyage Oil consumption report interface in turn, click "Create Oil Consumption Report", pop up the middle pop-up window, select the vessel and Voyage No. in the pop-up window, click "Confirm", enter the voyage Oil consumption report creation interface, select the specific voyage, the "loading capacity" and "actual distance (n mile) " in the voyage will be automatically matched to the voyage oil consumption report, without manual filling, fill in the main engine no-load speed (rpm), main engine full-load speed (rpm), fill in the relevant information such as the auxiliary aircraft sailing power according to the actual situation (with * required), you can also upload attachments, and finally click "submit".

Note:

1.Voyage Oil Consumption Report is a summary report based on the oil consumed during the whole voyage.Users can create a draft report first, that is, click "Save" in the "Create" interface and modify the relevant data after the end of the voyage and then submit the report.

2.After the report is submitted,it will be associated with the inventory (the consumed inventory

will be deducted accordingly) and the corresponding stock-out list will be generated (View in the "Stock Management - Stock-out Management” Interface).
