After the repair scheme is approved, according to the workflow, the document will be transferred to the workbench of personnel with execution authority.

Users log in to the OLISS web side and enter the workbench interface by default. Click "Repair Scheme-Execute" in the Workflow Task to enter the repair scheme-execute interface. When there are many documents, users can search for the target document through the filter bar or keywords, then click on the target document to enter the repair scheme details interface.

According to the actual situation, click "Execute This Scheme" or "Cancel Execution". "Comment" and "Export" are also supported. Click "Execute This Scheme" to automatically pop up the approval process pop-up window for the intermediate maintenance plan. After checking the approval process, click "Confirm"; click "Cancel Execution", fill in the reject comments, and click "Confirm".

Next step:

1. After the repair scheme is accepted, the document will enter the workflow of this repair type (If the repair type is voyage repair, the document will enter the workflow of voyage repair items after it is executed). Additionally, for voyage and yard repair schemes, the system will automatically send order emails to suppliers.

2.  If the repair scheme is canceled,  the status of the document will be "Canceled".
