After setting the min stock, when the current stock of an item is less than the min stock, the stock quantity will turn red. Hover the mouse over the current stock and the reason will be displayed, making it easier for the ship to replenish stock in a timely manner without affecting normal operation.

Users can also set the max stock of items according to the actual needs of the company. When the sum of the application quantity and the current stock quantity is higher than the max stock, shore-based personnel can also make appropriate adjustments when reviewing the purchase application form.

Users can in to the OLISS Web side, go to the "Stock Management → Vessel Stock → Spare Parts Stock" interface (this document takes spare parts as an example), select the vessel and department, select the equipment and part in turn, jump out the equipment part detail and spare part stock list on the right side, find the target spare parts, clicks "Edit" in the "More" drop-down menu, and jumps out the editing pop-up window: according to the actual situation, after setting the spare parts alias, minimum and maximum inventory, click "OK" to complete the setting.
