Stock of goods (spare parts, marine stores, oil) includes vessel stock and shore-based stock.

Users log in to the OLISS Web side , click to enter the "Stock Management → Vessel Stock" interface in sequence, and enter the spare parts inventory interface by default. They can search for item inventory through the filter bar. After finding the target item, click any position to enter the inventory details interface: "Corrected Storage" Source: Add "Corrected Storage Form" in the "Inventory Management-Storage Management" interface; "Purchase Storage" Source: Purchase form with the purchase method of "Ship Self-Purchase, Shore-Based Quotation" (when the item is finally stored after quoting through the purchase order, the supplier name will be displayed).
Note: This document introduces the example of querying the source of items stored in the vessel stock interface. The operation steps of the shore-based stock interface are the same!
