Users log in to the OLISS Web side, click to enter the "Stock Management → Vessel Stock → Spare Parts " interface in turn, and can filter by vessel /department. After finding the target item, click "Stock-in" or "Stock-out" to enter the corresponding interface for operation.

On the "Stock-in" interface: select the storage date, fill in the quantity, storage location, and person in charge. Fill in information such as tax-inclusive unit price and supplier as needed (with * required/optional), then click "Confirm" to complete the storage.

In the "Stock-out" interface: After filling in the outbound quantity and remarks, click "Confirm" to complete the outbound.
