The "Stock Initialization" function of OLISS is divided into "Manual Order Making, Create Import, and Update Import". This document takes "Vessel Stock - Spare Parts Stock" as an example to demonstrate the operation.
Manual Order Making
The users log in to the OLISS Web side and click to enter the "Stock Management → Vessel Stock → Spare Parts Stock" interface in turn ,Click "Stock Initialization" and select "Manual Doc Making",Jump out of the middle pop-up window: After selecting the vessel name and department, click "Confirm",You can find the target through the filter bar, fill in the stock-in quantity, unit price, and choose the currency (set spares alternative name/min/max stock as needed),then click" Next", Complete the stock-in date, storage location, responsible person and other relevant information ( with * required/ optional ), and finally click "Submit".
No spare parts found, add manually: After selecting the equipment name and component name, click "Confirm"( if the equipment/ component to which the new spare part belongs can be found, add it here, if the equipment/ component to which it belongs cannot be found, the spare part needs to be added in the basic)
Click to continue adding stock items: fill in the spare parts name, code/ specification, unit, drawing number, location number and other information ( with required),and finally click "Submit" to return to be "Added Spare Parts" interface
Manual order making is generally used when the number of items in storage is small or when items need to be stored temporarily!
Create Import
The users log in to the OLISS Web side, and click to enter the "Stock Management → Vessel Stock → Spare Parts Stock" interface in turn , click" Stock Initialization" and select "Create Import", after selecting the vessel name, department and equipment name, click "Download",Complete the items marked in green( with * required), save the form after completion, and use it to import into the system later, click "Select Files",Enter import data interface, click" select import files" (need to import completed spare parts import sheet)
(When importing, only the data in the green header column will be updated, and the contents of other columns will not be updated)
Create Import, generally used for customers to initialize item stock data by themselves!
Update Import
Users log in to the OLISS Web side, and click to enter the "Stock Management → Vessel Stock → Spare Parts Stock" interface in turn , click "Stock Initialization" and select "Update Import" ,jump out of the "pop-up window, inside the pop-up window: Select the vessel name , Dept. , and equipment name, and click "Download",Complete the winning the bidding green content in the table, and then click “Select Files”
Update import, generally used to update min/max stock, or item unit price, storage location, responsible person and other information!
Note: The above operation steps can be referred to for stock initialization of marine stores and oil, as well as shore-based stock initialization!
