When using the system, users can select and export according to their requirements: annual maintenance plan / annual maintenance plan (excluding irregular); if it is necessary to import the maintenance plan, the maintenance plan list is required to obtain the import template and select the import system.

1.Export the annual maintenance plan

Users log in the OLISS web side, click "Maintenance→Annual Maintenance" in order to enter the annual maintenance interface, click "Export" to select "Manage Annual Maintenance Plan" or "Annual Maintenance Plan (Irregular Items Not Included)" to export the annual maintenance plan form.

2.Import the annual maintenance plan

Users log in to the OLISS web side and click "Maintenance→Maintenance Plan Management"in order to enter the maintenance plan management interface, click "Add", select vessel and department, and click "Confirm" to enter the select maintenance plan interface. In the interface, according to the need to check the target maintenance item and click "Next Step" into the update maintenance plan interface, click "Data Initialization", in the maintenance plan import interface, first click "Export The Maintenance Plan List" for import data template, after maintenance plan information completed, then click "Import Maintenance Plan" import annual maintenance plan. After successful import, you can view the update type and update content in the update maintenance plan interface. After confirmation, click "Submit".
