Users log in to the OLISS web side, enter the workbench by default and click "Annual Maintain" under the waiting task to enter the annual maintenance plan to be submitted interface. In this interface, the annual maintenance plan of each department will be automatically generated. For departments that need to make the next maintenance plan, click "Import To Generate"; for departments without maintenance plan for the next year, click "Invalid".
After clicking "Import To Generate", confirm the popup click "OK", the system will automatically generate the number of maintenance items, at the same time it will become "View | Edit" status, if you need to modify / invalidate some maintenance items, click "Edit" into the update maintenance plan interface.
In this interface, click "Add" to add a new maintenance item. If there are many maintenance items, you can find the target item through the table head filter . After finding the target item, click "View" / "Edit" / "Invalid" on the right to conduct the corresponding operation. If the add/ edit/ invalid maintenance items have been operated, the update type and update content will be displayed in the list, and finally click "Submit".
