Users log in to OLISS web side, click "SMS Management→SMS Files→Internal Files" in order to enter the internal file interface, default display "List View", click the drop-down arrow, select "Tree View", In the tree view interface users can search the directory file through file name or file number, click the target file, the corresponding file information and operation record will display on the right, default display file information, click switch to "Operation Record", this interface will show "Approved", "Accepting" and "Rejected" regular / irregular operation record.
