After logging in to the OLISS web side, users can click "SMS Management→SMS Files→External files" in order to enter the external file interface. They can find the target file through the filter bar above the list, click "..." on the right side of the target file, and then continue to select "Edit / Invalid".(This document takes external files as an example)

In the file edit interface, after modifying the relevant information according to the need, click "Confirm" (check "Create A Notice" to view the file information in the notice management interface).

If the file selects "invalid", select the person to remind in the pop-up window and click "Confirm".

Note:The editing and invalidating of the internal files are the same as those of external files.
