According to the setting of vessel certificates by shore-based personnel, for the certificates that
are due or overdue,there will be a reminder at the workbench (generally at the Master's workbench).
In the Intersea Communication System, about to expire refers to imminent expiration and has already expired refers to overdue.
Users can log in to the website of OLISS ,and enter the
Workbench interface by default
,click
Waiting Task → Vessel Cert." and in the vessel certificate expiration interface, can search for the target vessel certificate in the filter bar, and can also perform "edit" or "delete" operations on the ship certificate as needed. If clicked "edit", it will enter the vessel certificate editing interface. In this interface, fill in the certificate name, expiration date, certificate number, English name and other relevant information as needed, and can fill in remarks and upload attachments. Finally, click "Confirm".
