In order to facilitate procurement personnel to timely understand the supplier's quotation situation and grasp the procurement progress, the OLISS system has newly launched a quotation reminder function. After the supplier quotes, the quotation frequency indicator will appear on the RFQ, and a "Receive Quotation" reminder will appear at the bottom of the inquiry management interface.

Users can log in to the OLISS Web side and follow steps 1-4 in the "Purchasing Management → Inquiry Management" interface.
