After setting the min stock, when the current stock of an item is less than the min stock, the stock quantity will turn red. Hover the mouse over the current stock and the reason will be displayed, making it easier for the ship to replenish stock in a timely manner without affecting normal operation.

Users can also set the max stock of items according to the actual needs of the company. When the sum of the application quantity and the current stock quantity is higher than the max stock, shore-based personnel can also make appropriate adjustments when reviewing the purchase application form.

Users can log in to the OLISS Web side and go to the "Stock Management → Vessel Stock → Spare Parts Stock" interface (this document takes spare parts as an example). They can follow the steps 1-5 below to operate:
