Purchasing personnel receive quotations from suppliers, select high-quality solutions based on cost-effectiveness, and submit them for approval. According to the process nodes, the task of inquiry scheme for approval will appear on the workbench-workflow task interface for personnel with approval authority.
In the inquiry scheme approval interface, when one of the following four situations occurs, the system will display an intelligent warning reminder:
1. The ship has repeated purchase items within 3 months;
2. The current selected price is higher than the lowest transaction price within one year;
3. The current selected supplier is not the lowest quoted price in this supplier;
4. The current selected supplier is not the one with the most cooperation.
Based on this, the approver can comprehensively consider the approval, modification, or rejection of this inquiry based on the intelligent data analysis situation.
