After the user logs in to the OLISS Webside, click "Security Check", then click "NCR" to enter NCR interface. Click "Create NCR" on this interface, select the specific ship, click "Confirm" to enter the "Create NCR" interface, fill in the report name, select the audit date, audit type, and add NCR details. You can fill in the department, audit authority, and whether to upload attachments as needed, and then "submit".

There are two ways to add NCR details:

1.Click "+" in the lower left corner

After clicking the "+" in the lower left corner, add a new detail and fill in the corresponding information (with * required).

2.”Click "Select From Item Database"

After clicking "Select From Item Database", click on the specific file basis again, click on the directory, fill in the inspection information under the specific directory (with * required), click "+" to add, and then click "Next Step" in the upper left corner. The NCR will automatically jump to the details below and complete the corresponding information (with * required).

Note:Batch adding is supported when selecting modificator, acceptor, and CC object. When batch adding is needed, click "Batch Select Process" in the lower left corner, and then click "Batch Add Modificator" or "Batch Add Acceptor" again.
