After the user logs in to the OLISS Web side, click "Security Check", in the check record interface, click "Create Inspection Record", select the specific ship, click "Confirm" to enter the creation inspection record interface, fill in the relevant information (with * required/optional), add NCR/Issue List/Equipment Disqualification (or do not add NCR, Issue List and Equipment Disqualification) as needed, and finally click "Submit".

Note: After the check record is submitted, the NCR/Issue List/Equipment Disqualification data will be automatically created for subsequent processing of NCR/Issue List/Equipment Disqualification.
