Users can log in to the website of OLSaaS, and operate in "Workbench → Workflow Task → Execute → NCR/Issue List(To Be Executed)" interface according to the following steps 1-4:

After the execution of NCR/issue list,NCR will be in a state of "Accepting", and the documents will be transferred to the acceptors' workbench according to the acceptors selected before.
