How to invalidate the Vessel Oil Consumption Report

Users can log in to the website of OLSaaS, and operate in "Vessel Report→ Oil Consumption Report" interface according to the following steps 1-4:

After the oil consumption report is invalid, the corresponding stock-out list in Stock-out Management interface will be withdrawn at the same time, that is, the original deducted inventory will be automatically restored.
