1.When the crew is absent from the ship, the(crew certificate) will be automatically updated by MSA, and the warning task will not be generated in OLSaaS;

2.In "System Setting-Basic Data-Crew Certificate", the user has configured the necessary certificate for the rank.When the relevant certificate of a crew is missing, the system will generate a warning task.
