After Maintenance Delay Request is submitted, the documents will be transferred to the approver's dashboard according to the maintenance approval process set by the company.

It is necessary for shore-based personnel or super administrators to first tick "Maintenance Delay Request" under "Approval Scope" in the editing interface of"Setting →Worflow → Maintenance Process"(as shown in the figure below), otherwise it is unable to complete the submission of maintenance delay request for ship! !
