All purchase application forms in the status (Unsubmitted,Approving,Approved,Rejected) support switching views to view the purchase items. Take the purchase application form in the status of "Unsubmitted" as an example:

The user logs in to the OLISS web side, clicks "Purchasing Management→ Purchase Application" in order, and enters the spare parts application interface by default. Click "Edit" on the right side of the document "Unsubmitted" to enter the purchase application edit interface.

Spare Parts:

Click the view filter conditions. When the purchase item type is spare parts, you can switch to "Device View" and "Adder View" to view the purchase item.

Marine Stores:

Click the view filter conditions. When the purchase item type is marine stores, you can switch to "Material Category View" and "Adder View" to view the purchase item.

Oil:

Click the view filter conditions. When the purchase item type is oil, you can switch to the "Adder View" to view the purchase item.
