用户登录互海通Web端，依次点击进入“船舶报告→岸电使用→岸电使用登记”界面，筛选状态为“已退回” 的单据，点击目标单据所在行任意位置，可查看岸电使用登记详情，点击右侧“编辑”键，进入编辑界面：填写航次编号、停靠港口、耗电量，选择供电开始时间、结束时间，根据实际情况填写岸电费用、特殊说明，也可上传附近，最后点击“提交”，可再次提交审批。...
